Mynock Manor Suggests Sana Starros Expanded Content

December is full of endings: the end of the 2019 calendar year, the end of the Skywalker Saga with The Rise of Skywalker, and the end of Phase 1 of Marvel’s Star Wars comics??!!!!??? That’s right, with the announcement of Empire Ascendant one-shot earlier today, the beginning of the end for Marvel’s first Phase, as it were, has arrived. Since Marvel’s new beginnings with the Star Wars license, the Star Wars mainline series has been the backbone of the comics, providing adventurous tales about the Big Three: Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker, and Han Solo. At the helm of the series since the start has been writer Jason Aaron, who has taken us on anthology-lite arcs of story between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, filling in what’s becoming quite the crowded era. His stories contained everything from big surprises were you least expected them to character moments big and small. And after 37 issues, stretching from January 2015 to October 2017, Jason Aaron’s run has come to an end. Having read the series since its inception, it’s time now to look back at Aaron’s legacy as this retrospective discusses what I feel has been the good, the bad, and the in-between of his nearly three year run. Marvel Shows Off Three New Star Wars Series At SDCC

During the Cup o’ Joe panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel finally announced some new series for their recently acquired Star Wars comics license. While more exciting than the pricey reprint of their original Star Wars run from some decades ago, Marvel’s three new series all take place in-between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back, ground well-traveled for the saga in comics. This has a lot of people worried and/or uninterested, but the creative teams behind each series, Star Wars, Darth Vader, and Princess Leia all seem enthusiastic about working on the license, are fans themselves, and will be under the eyes of the Lucasfilm Story Group, all of which means not giving these a chance seems like a mistake.
