Star Wars Rebels Review: “The Lost Commanders”

Star Wars Rebels The Lost Commanders

Spoiler Review —

Star Wars Rebels season 2 is here! After the deadly, tone setting season premiere movie “Siege of Lothal,” “The Lost Commanders” had quite a bit to live up too. While it doesn’t completely sling the joopa on that front, it’s a thoroughly entertaining ride nonetheless, with the joyous return of some old faces and a decent side of emotional baggage.  Continue reading “Star Wars Rebels Review: “The Lost Commanders””

Exciting New Star Wars Rebels Season Two Trailer Premiered at NYCC 2015

Sit back and enjoy these three minutes of Star Wars Rebels Season Two teasing goodness, because it’s almost as entertaining of a trailer as the one shown at Celebration Anaheim in April. Whether it’s Ahsoka vs the two new Inquisitors, Sabine and her Mandalorian heritage, Imperial Interdictor cruisers, more of the returning clones, that Palpatine is still stealing Force-sensitive younglings, details on Ezra’s parents, or new characters like the mysterious bounty hunter, you probably don’t have a pulse if you watched the trailer and weren’t in the least bit excited for the new season.  Continue reading “Exciting New Star Wars Rebels Season Two Trailer Premiered at NYCC 2015”

Star Wars Rebels Season Two Movie Premieres in June

Star Wars Rebels

Eager to see the one-hour movie premiere of Star Wars Rebels‘ second season, The Siege of Lothal? You just have to wait until June 20, 9:00 p.m. ET/ 8:00 p.m. CT on Disney XD, but seeing as my review of the premiere (shown at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim) is the most viewed post on the Manor, June 20th might still be too long of a wait for some of you. But let me tell you, it’s completely worth the wait thanks to Vader doing what he does best: decimating his enemies! The rest of the season will still follow in the fall and expect a date for that to drop about the same time the movie premieres.

But, if you haven’t watched the live-stream of the panel or saw video of the press conference yet, those details and more are below, with stuff like why Kanan might not like seeing Rex and what character Sarah Michelle Geller already (see: actually didn’t) played in Rebels (also includes gallery).
