Star Wars Visions Review: “The Spy Dancer”

Spoiler Review

Like Andor and other projects before it, Studio La Cachette proves Star Wars doesn’t need lightsabers or the Force for an engaging story to be told in their Star Wars: Visions Vol. 2 short, “The Spy Dancer.” Elegant as its main character’s dance routine, its lush world and emotional story could slot right into the larger story without fuss and we’d all be the better for it. Find out why in my review! Continue reading “Star Wars Visions Review: “The Spy Dancer””

The Mandalorian Season Three Finale Review: “Chapter 24 – The Return”

Spoiler Review –

The Mandalorian Season Three Finale “Chapter 24 – The Return” brings lots of action and has fun doing it, but the ending doesn’t feel deserved as characters arcs are abandoned or left to fade to the background of a safe plot and a neat bow, leaving this feeling more like a series finale than just the season and me wondering if it needs to come back. Star Wars: Visions Vol. 2 Panel: Stunning Trailer and Story Details Revealed (SWCE 2023)

I. Am. Floored. In fact, the trailer above is so visually intriguing and promising, I would’ve been fine with just that ahead of Star Wars: Vision’s Vol. 2 release on May 4. But if you’re like me, you want all the details they’ll offer and the panel didn’t disappoint, revealing a little something about all 9 shorts, including each one’s cast, like Denis Lawson returning to voice Wedge Antilles!
