Last November at our annual Thanksgiving Day football game, I messed up my hamstring and got teased by my wife for like a week, something I’d gladly have instead of no new Doctor Aphra: Chaos Agent for November 2025’s Star Wars comics! Despite the good doctor’s absence (I’m not sensing anything nefarious and don’t let others mislead you it could be), there’s still some big moments to go with a big holiday meal (if you’re in a place which celebrates, but I don’t blame you for not being these days!), as we’ll learn a lot about Qui-Gon Jinn’s would-be assassin, Rey and Finn encounter a deadly spirit, Kylo Ren will explore the depths of his grandfather’s Mustafar castle, revolution comes to the New Republic’s problems, and more! Head below to see all of November 2025’s Star Wars Comics solicitations!
MARVEL
Legacy of Vader #10 (on sale 11/5)
Charles Soule (Writer), Luke Ross (Artist)

DARK VISIONS IN THE DEPTHS OF VADER’S CASTLE!
- KYLO REN goes on a quest through unseen caverns within VADER’S CASTLE!
- The young tyrant comes face-to-face with grotesque visions of his past!
- Can Kylo make his way out of the depths of darkness with his sanity intact?!
Kylo just got punked in one of the more imaginative ways by an Order 66 survivor and he’s about to face off against Tava Ren for supremacy of the Knights of Ren, and in November he’ll finally get to peer into the secrets of Vader’s Castle?! I had hoped the fight with Tava would be more than two issues, but I bet writer Charles Soule will make it a worthy two-issues, given how Grandea’s two-issue situation worked really well. Now I’ll just be curious to see if Kylo has gained access to the Castle’s secrets because Vaneé finally felt he was worthy/wants to see him fail, or because Kylo’s taking those secrets for himself, Vaneé be damned. Regardless, can’t wait to see what grotesque visions this team can dream up for this issue!
Star Wars #7 {2025} (on sale 11/12)

REVOLUTION!
- HAN, LUKE, and VALANCE are caught in the crossfire as the NAGAI uprising takes hold!
- A betrayal shakes the power structure of an entire sector!
- And a NEW REPUBLIC hero is stranded with nowhere to turn!
Out the same week as these solicitations was this series’ fourth issue, where various threads are connecting finally and I’m getting more and more excited about the series. The revelation that Reyna Oskure, an Anzati with questionable loyalties that were never really clear by the end of The Battle of Jakku, is mucking about and making things more problematic for the New Republic, wasn’t my favorite, but I’m willing to give Alex Segura a chance on where he plans on taking it. It does give me less hope regarding my theory of Atha Prime from Jedi Knights (and Legends, sort of) fame to be the big bad, but time will tell! Given the solicit for issue #7 here, this does sound like we’re heading into some big story beats, so they have my attention! While I’m not writing reviews for each issue, I will do so after October’s issue #6 to catch up with what’s going on, but as always, check our Submission page if you’d want to review this or other Star Wars content, or have some opinions you’d like to share on the Manor!
Han Solo: Hunt for the Falcon #3 (on sale 11/12)
Rodney Barnes (Writer), Ramon Rosanas (Artist)
Cover by Ramon Rosanas | Variant Cover by Jeremy Wilson | Variant Cover by Rickie Yagawa
GRAND THEFT FALCON!
- HAN and CHEWIE run into the dangerous IRVING BOYS!
- But are they any match for the notorious brothers who stole the FALCON?
- And what nefarious deal is gunrunner DUCAIN cooking up with junk boss UNKAR PLUTT?
Ducain’s been introduced in other canon stories before, including one titled “Grand Theft Falcon” in Star Wars Adventures (2017), much like this solicit starts off, and we learn he ends up joining the Resistance and lost the Falcon to the Irving Boys. The Irving Boys haven’t been introduced before, so I’ll be interested to see more of their story and how Unkar Plutt, Rey’s ‘caretaker,’ factors in too. First issue is in September, so we’ll have a good idea of where Rodney Barnes is taking this soon!
Jedi Knights #9 (on sale 11/19)
Marc Guggenheim (Writer), Madibek Musabekov (Artist/Cover Artist)
Classic Homage Variant Cover by Dan Jurgens | Lightsaber Variant/Virgin Variant Cover by Taurin Clarke
THE SECRET OF CORLIS RATH IS REVEALED!
- The mysterious CORLIS RATH has hunted JEDI MASTER QUI-GON JINN across the galaxy.
- Now learn the why in his first part of the deadly villain’s origin.
- Guest-starring the enigmatic COUNT DOOKU.
In the most recent Jedi Knights issue, #6, Corlis Rath made his big return and fulfilled Obi-Wan Kenobi’s vision, ramming his blades through Qui-Gon Jinn’s stomach, so it’s exciting to have it confirmed that issue #9 will dive into the character’s story more…and it’s part one of a two-parter! I’ve enjoyed the many one-off stories, but after this return to the connective thread, I’m eager to unlock more behind the fight between Rath and Jinn!
Boba Fett: Black, White & Red #3 (on sale 11/26)
Ethan Sacks (Writer) | Juan José Ryp (Artist)
Cover by E.M. Gist | Variant Cover by Klaus Janson | Variant Cover by Paulo Siqueira
FETT IS OUR FOR REVENGE AGAINST THE ONE BOUNTY THAT’S ELUDED HIM!
- A dangerous figure from the BOUNTY HUNTER’s past is back.
- And what is the connection to the mysterious B’OMARR MONKS?
- Featuring a no-holds-barred battle against the deadly DJAS PUHR!
Ethan Sacks is no stranger to Boba Fett or the Fett family, having written Boba across parts of his Bounty Hunters series and Jango Fett in the hunter’s eponymous series, so he’s a great fit for an entry in Boba’s Black, White & Red series! Will we see characters from Sacks’ previous works, like Nakano Lash? And just how worried should my arachnophobia be given his teases in his newsletter? And what an interesting pull with Djas Puhr, as I had to look that up to figure out he was one of the cantina denizens in A New Hope.
DARK HORSE
Hyperspace Stories – Tides of Terror #3 (on sale 11/5)
George Mann (Writer), Luis Morocco/Le Beau Underwood (Artists)
Cover by Eduardo Mello
The situation on board Axil Research Station is dire! Water floods the base as the Jedi try desperately to stop the structure from sinking into the monster-infested depths. Amidst the rescue efforts, Kit Fisto increasingly suspects that this disaster is no accident, and that the perpetrators may still be on board the station…
{This series has been moving around a bit, as this was originally meant for October. My original thoughts follow here}: We just got our first look at issue #1, which is out a week after this publishing and, well…Kit Fisto’s smile is in abundance so far! This could be a fun little adventures overall and I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the first issue over at Bluesky, with a full review to follow once the series is over.
Tales from the Nightlands #3 (on sale 11/19)
Cavan Scott (Writer), Robert Hack (Artists)
Cover by Francesco Francavilla
As the First Order spreads fear across the galaxy, Leia, Rey, Chewie, and Finn rush to deliver aid to a Twi’lek colony. But upon arriving, they find something much worse than Stormtroopers: the terrifying Nightlander! The heroes must scramble to stop the otherworldly fiend, lest it escape into the land of the living and make the galaxy its ghastly domain!
- Introducing the Nightlander, a Star Wars boogeyman designed by legendary artist Iain McCaig!
- Written by Cavan Scott, the New York Times bestselling author of Star Wars Adventures: Vader’s Castle and a story architect of The High Republic initiative.
- Featuring cover art by the iconic horror artist Francesco Francavilla!
- Three-issue series.
Rey and Finn? Dealing with this spooky Nightlander?! Given the cover and previews at SDCC, this one looks like it’ll be a perfect cap to this short little horror series!
