Hopefully by December 2025 we’ll still have free speech and not be totally overrun by the fascists, but I can confirm we’ll have more intriguing Star Wars Comics to look forward to…that’s nice, at least? So come on down for our look at the last solicitations for 2025, where we can expect everything from Kylo Ren putting on Darth Vader’s helmet, the Jedi Knights series concludes its big story about Qui-Gon Jinn’s would-be assassin, the Bad Batch comes back for more comic trouble, Alyssa Wong returns to finish off Boba Fett’s new miniseries, and more in December 2025’s Star Wars comic solicitations! What’s not below however is any new Doctor Aphra: Chaos Agent solicits, but we’ll discuss that as well.

Star Wars Comics November 2025 Solicitations

Last November at our annual Thanksgiving Day football game, I messed up my hamstring and got teased by my wife for like a week, something I’d gladly have instead of no new Doctor Aphra: Chaos Agent for November 2025’s Star Wars comics! Despite the good doctor’s absence (I’m not sensing anything nefarious and don’t let others mislead you it could be), there’s still some big moments to go with a big holiday meal (if you’re in a place which celebrates, but I don’t blame you for not being these days!), as we’ll learn a lot about Qui-Gon Jinn’s would-be assassin, Rey and Finn encounter a deadly spirit, Kylo Ren will explore the depths of his grandfather’s Mustafar castle, revolution comes to the New Republic’s problems, and more! Star Wars Comics October 2025 Solicitations

While I can’t guarantee much these days, I can guarantee October means another birthday for me! It’s also where the spooky and comfortable fall season really kicks into high gear, so it’s usually a win-win all around. And thankfully, Star Wars comics usually pull through for me as well and 2025 looks to be no different. Star Wars Comics September 2025 Solicitations

It’s weird to think, last September saw the end of the previous era of comic stories come to an end, and now in 2025, we’re not only seeing several new series begin, we’re already enjoying stories from the new era. What a difference one year can make! For September 2025’s Star Wars comics solicitations, both Boba Fett and Han Solo are going hunting but for far different targets, Doctor Aphra finds herself caught between a Wookiee fight, a Star Wars boogeyman is born in the Nightlands of Ryloth, battle droids are still clomping around post-Return of the Jedi, and so much more! Star Wars Comics August 2025 Solicitations

August represents one of the last few months of summer weather here in the States, but for Star Wars comics it represents a sad finality as well: no more The High Republic related comics?! Since 2020, ahead of the era’s launch in January 2021, the solicitations have pretty much always had some High Republic title, but by August 2025…the current storytelling in the era is over. Star Wars Comics July 2025 Solicitations

It’s time for July’s 2025 Star Wars comics solicitations! As for what you can expect: for starters, just when you thought The High Republic was over, they pull you right back in for one more month, though one issue is due to a delay and another newly announced, but then for sure, for sure, this part of its storytelling should be over; Yaddle takes the stage in Jedi Knights; Kylo goes after an Order 66 survivor, the Bad Batch must survive Aurra Sing with the fate of the Clone Wars on the line; Kit Fisto is front and center in a new series; Chelli Aphra and Luke Skywalker might be dealing with quite the interesting society; and so much more! Star Wars Comics June 2025 Solicitations

I was already conflicted over my feelings for June 2025’s Star Wars comics, but I’m even more so after the big news: Doctor Aphra returns in her next series!! I’m beyond hyped to have her particular brand of chaos back and love she’s launching during Pride Month, but June also contains the big finale to the entire The High Republic initiative (for now), which I’m both excited for and concerned as hell for! Star Wars Comics May 2025 Solicitations

The world might be in disarray, but damn it if Star Wars Day aka May the Fourth won’t try its best to cheer us all up a little bit, hopefully! Star Wars Comics April 2025 Solicitations

I could open this up with a variation on the joke about ‘April showers’ but I feel like I’ve done it before and done it dirty already, so no need to put you, or me, through that again. But I can say April 2025’s Star Wars comics aren’t full of bad jokes, rather intriguing moments like the canonization of a cancelled action figure, the big finale to the Battle of Eriadu, a new adventure for Poe Dameron and BB-8, and Kylo Ren being Gradulla the Hutt’s prisoner, among other things!
