Canon Comic Review: The High Republic Adventures – Pathfinders #3

– Spoiler Review –

Arriving at the halfway point of the series and all its mysteries aren’t quite adding up, will our Pathfinder team begin uncovering answers? And will we be terrified at what they might be? George Mann and the art team dial in another great issue with The High Republic Adventures: Pathfinders #3, an excellent midway point where the answers offer even more dangerous questions than before. Star Wars Comics September 2026 Solicitations

Tell me when September begins, because we’ve got more The Fall of Kylo Ren and The High Republic Adventures: Pathfinders to enjoy! There are some other comics along for the ride, like a double dose kicking off The Book of Boba Fett adaptation (not a continuation, sadly) and the final Rogue One-versary one-shot with Vader at center stage. Head below for September 2026’s Star Wars comics solicitations now!

Canon Comic Review: The High Republic Adventures – Pathfinders #2

– Spoiler Review –

Just when you think things can’t get any stranger, the mystery around a Jedi Master’s death goes to whole new places while a familiar face (or two) left me grinning from ear-to-ear. This is the High Republic era, what else would you expect?! Read on for my review of The High Republic Adventures: Pathfinders #2! Star Wars Comics August 2026 Solicitations

August is when it’s the hottest before the fall for us in Wisconsin, so I’d have appreciated a few more comics to nestle inside with the A/C on, but Marvel only has three and Dark Horse at this point is skipping. 2026 really is shaping up to be the weirdest year for comics yet, but at least August sees our first non-tie-in release in a while from Marvel, with The Fall of Kylo Ren. Head below for August 2026’s Star Wars Comics Solicitations!

Star Wars Comics July 2026 Solicitations

To think, we’re out to July for Star Wars comics in 2026 and it’s only tie-ins from Marvel we’ve known about for a while and thankfully (as long as it’s not delayed) more High Republic from Dark Horse. But it still remains some of the sparsest releases in the past decade, but at least there are still comics being released? Or something silver-lining-ish to make that sound good? Head below for Star Wars comics’ July 2026 solicitations now.

Canon Comic Review: The High Republic Adventures – Pathfinders #1

– Spoiler Review –

While it’s only been since August of last year the final story of the main The High Republic era came out, it feels even longer, not only due to all the real-world events, but mainly because 4 years of nearly non-stop releases to nothing has been a bit of a shock. But “Phase More” is here and it kicks off with Dark Horse’s The High Republic Adventures: Pathfinders #1, written by George Mann with art by Partha Pratim & Jagdish Kumar, a return to the era’s usual form with some intriguing mysteries that any fan can jump into. Star Wars Comics May 2026 Solicitations

While May might be the busiest comics month in all of 2026 so far, it’s also a big month for Star Wars in general, as the animated show Maul: Shadow Lord wraps up and The Mandalorian and Grogu wallops theaters! So in-between those two big screen events, comics have will have something to enjoy, from the beginning of the Rogue One 10th Anniversary one-shots, more Shadow Lord prequel story, a Bad Batch finale (maybe!), High Republic hijinks (hopefully!), and Galaxy’s Edge connections. It just hit me, only one of the five comics out in May isn’t a tie-in to a show/film/theme park…always thankful for the High Republic! Head below for May 2026’s Star Wars comics solicitations now!

Star Wars Comics April 2026 Solicitations

April 2026 is all about the tie-ins, hey? And weirdly enough, none of them have to do with The Mandalorian and Grogu, the first Star Wars film since 2019, out in May. Well, there are variant covers referencing the film, at least? As for what there is to tie into, the prequel comic for Maul: Shadow Lord gets its second issue (days after the show premieres), Galaxy’s Edge‘s timeline change gets a new comic, and The Bad Batch‘s newest prequel comic slides a previous issue into this month. But have no fear, The High Republic is here as well! So head below to see April 2026’s Star Wars comics solicitations! Continue reading “Star Wars Comics April 2026 Solicitations”

Star Wars Comics March 2026 Solicitations

March 2026’s Star Wars Comics are as slim as they get and we can’t even guarantee some given how many delays Dark Horse has these days. If all holds, Dark Horse has more High Republic stories for us, taking us back to the Phase II era, General Grievous gets a spooky OGN, and the Bad Batch are on their latest mission. As for Marvel, remove the ‘rvel’ and add a ‘u’ and, you guessed it, they have Maul’s latest comic series. No slouches, just not a lot to pick up. Head below for the details!
