Just over 2 and half months since the first trailer, and a little over a month until its premiere, Lucasfilm has unleashed the synth-heavy, 80’s throwback final trailer for Skeleton Crew! D23 hasn’t always been the place to go for Lucasfilm announcements or reveals, and it still was pretty subdued this year too (not even an The Acolyte season two announcement?!), but we did get our first public Skeleton Crew trailer, while panel-goers where treated to a sizzle reel for Andor season two and some brief shots from The Mandalorian and Grogu film. With a LEGO set featuring the main ship from the upcoming Skeleton Crew show made its appearance in Target without any official reveal (prompting a pun I’m totally not sorry about) and Disney’s D23 convention coming up soon, it seemed like we were destined to finally see more about the Jude Law and kids-led show.
