Increased First Order presence, underwater Stormtroopers, Kaz’s messy new hair ‘do, more time with the Aces, the battle for the Colossus station, more BB droids than you can shake your finger at, and awesome pirate mothership, oh…and General Hux’s speech from The Force Awakens, the one he gives moments before Starkiller Base obliterates the Hosnian System. Star Wars Resistance’s mid-season one trailer isn’t messing around, showing the second half of the first season will thrust viewers and our loveable denizens of the Colossus into an all-out war as we catch up to the events of the sequel trilogy. Alongside the trailer, a second season for the show has been confirmed, and it looks like from the trailer above we’ll be watching a far different show in season two than where it started late last year.
