Star Wars Comics June 2023 Solicitations

Summer is in the air, flowers are in full bloom, and you are probably just like me, trying to avoid allergies and get to your local comic shop to pick up the latest Star Wars comics! June 2023’s Star Wars comic solicitations foretell quite the month, from Anakin and Yoda going toe-to-toe with Megadroids (a name as Star Wars as it gets), the excellent Sana Starros miniseries takes its final bow, Aphra’s hanging out with Luke, Vader’s hanging out with….Aphra, and Luke is hanging out with…..a different doctor? Canon Comic Review: Yoda #4

– Spoiler Review –

The Yoda maxiseries has different creative teams for each new arc, and Yoda #4 is the start of Jody Houser and Luke Ross’ “Students of the Force,” which sees the titular Jedi Master reach out to his old friend, Master Dooku, for help with the current batch of Jedi initiates. The intriguing dynamic between the two friends is handled excellently, while a specific group of students has an interesting tale unfolding, making for a fantastic start to the latest arc. Star Wars Comics March 2023 Solicitations

As we look ahead to March 2023 Star Wars comics with the latest solicitations, we look to have an embarrassment of riches. And the month is already packed, from Jedi: Survivor coming out, it’s novel tie-in, The Bad Batch‘s second season on-going, and The Mandalorian‘s third season begins, to name a few things…and now all these comics?!?! There’s the penultimate issue in Qi’ra’s final fight against the Sith, the end of Spark Eternal Saga in the Doctor Aphra series, the start of the Return of the Jedi anniversary one-shots, Han Solo & Chewbacca‘s ending teasing the next big event (which I might not be looking forward to), and so much more! Star Wars Comics February 2023 Solicitations

Since I never celebrated Valentine’s Day outside of like grade school when we all had to, February hasn’t usually had anything big for me to concern myself with, but since it’s my wife’s birthday month, there’s always plenty to do now and love…just like all these Star Wars comics in February 2023’s solicitations! February signals the start of Sana Starros’ long overdue and much anticipated solo series, Qi’ra’s next big move plays out in Hidden Empire, the Battle of Jedha comes to High Republic comics, we’ll get to see Yoda and Dooku working together, Doctor Aphra makes her latest attempt to free herself of the Spark Eternal, and so much more! Marvel Star Wars Comics Panel: Yoda Miniseries, Visions Comics Announced (SWCA 2022)

While earlier panels, like the publishing one and The High Republic‘s gave us glimpses at some of the various upcoming comics from both Dark Horse and Marvel, the latter’s output got its own time to shine. Staying at hotels, B&Bs, and even Airbnb’s there are often concierge services available about what to see and do in the area you’re visiting, so we’ve opened the concierge desk at the Manor to offer suggestions on what to read, watch, and enjoy when wanting to find out more about your favorite Star Wars characters now that you have the free time to do so! The prequels were full of villains, many easy to see from a parsec away, but one who could hide in plain sight, and look quite dashing while doing so (even in pjs), was none other than the luxurious Count Dooku! While a key component in Darth Sidious’ plans, Dooku wasn’t always a dashing looking Sith and Separatist leader, he was once even a Jedi!
